Scooter is a sweet lad who loves to play with toys and teddies. He is a friendly boy and after some time and a few treats he will become your new BFF. Scooter enjoys exercise and loves getting out and about on walkies. He will happily walk with other calm canines but wants to be the only dog in the home so he can have all the love and attention. When you build a relationship with him, he enjoys fuss in short and sweet bursts and makes lovely company.
He would best suit a home with experience of retired greyhounds, or a patient home who will help Scooter settle into home life. Scooter could join a home with sensible children aged 16 or older as he can be a little uncertain around handling to begin with. Scooter is a big foodie, which will come in handy as he would benefit from some further training to build his confidence. Scooter would love a secure garden to practise his zoomies in. Scooter will need to be fully settled into the home before any short leaving hours are introduced as he doesn't enjoy being left alone. With some love and patience, Scooter will be a great addition to his forever home.
