Rosie is looking for a home with a garden as an only pet. She is used to living with children.Rosie, 17, is a sweet and undemanding cat with lovely manners, except when it comes to sleeping arrangements, at which point she may insist that she occupies the centre of the bed. Her only other bad habit is a tendency to snore, which is in fact rather endearing. Rosie is definitely not a lap cat, but is very happy to snooze near you, particularly if you are near a heater! She does require regular chin scratches and will come over for petting before settling into sleep. Her favourite accessory is a scratching post, preferably one of those ones with a ball on a string attached to the top (see picture). The vet has given Rosie a clean bill of health, except for a heart murmur, a condition which many cats have without creating any problems. Rosie needs rehoming because younger cats in the household were just too annoying for such a serene (and let’s be honest, rather lazy) cat to deal with, so she’ll need to be an only cat.
