Paris is such a lovely girl; Gentle giant really does fit her personality. When it comes to fuss and cuddles, she knows what she wants, and she is not afraid to ask. She shared her previous home with another dog, so she might appreciate having another friendly dog in the home, but she is so human focused that it's not a 'must'. (She'd probably be just as happy keeping all the fuss and cuddles for herself!)
We are yet to find a person that Paris hasn't loved, so we think she could fit into a lot of households. If there are children in the family we have suggested that they should be above primary school age. This is because although Paris really likes children, she also really likes hugs and sitting on laps, and sometimes she does try to help herself. She needs a bit of help learning not to jump up when she wants attention, because she doesn't quite understand that some people aren't strong enough to hold her.
Paris also shared her previous home with a cat but they were kept separately. She might be able to live with a cat that was comfortable around dogs, providing the cat had access to areas which she could not (such as upstairs).
We are not able to arrange meetings with the dogs due to current covid-19 restrictions, however we are still taking applications and reserving the dogs for first encounters when they are allowed.
