Mack is an independent little guy who is looking for a terrier savvy home. He forms great relationships with those he knows but can take time to trust people so will need a patient and understanding owner who will not put him in situations where he may feel worried. He will need to meet his new owner a few times before going home.
Mack is looking to live in an adult only home where he can be the centre of attention as the only pet. Having someone around for most of the day will give him the best chance to build a relationship and settle back into home life. A quiet home with few visitors would be best. As he can be worried by some people Mack will need to be kept on lead when in public places so should have his own secure garden to relax in and enjoy some off lead time.
Having safe places in the home for Mack to relax would be ideal. He is looking for a single person household so that he doesn't find meeting too many people too overwhelming. He needs a spacious house with options to give him space away from the family if he feels that he needs this. He is a very clever dog so is looking for someone that is training minded and looking to take on a project. We will be taking applications for Mack until we have found a suitable home. Due to current restrictions we are looking for a home within 30 minutes of the centre and we will only be able to contact the succesfull applicant.
