Finn is a 4 year old Border Collie. Due to current restrictions, I can't go to my forever home just yet, but you can contact the rehoming centre to register your interest. When restrictions ease, and if we're a suitable match, you will be able to discuss me in more detail with my carers at the centre. Thank you so much for your interest in me! Finn is looking for a rural home where he wont see alot of people or dogs. Finn enjoys going for walks in quiet areas and playing with his favourite ball. He loves being outside and he can often be found rolling in the long grass or sniffing around looking for new and exciting smells. Finn has had an upsetting past and does struggle to trust new people. Finn does not like strangers, if people he does not know approach him he can be very worried by this and feel trapped and overwhelmed.
He is a very affectionate boy with people he knows but is wary of strangers and other dogs. He would love to live in a quiet adult only home in a rural area where he is less likely to come across them. Finn is an active boy who enjoys roaming the hills or exploring the woodlands. Finn is looking for someone who has owned Collies before and is used to nervous dogs.
Finn is a lovely boy, he is house-trained, happy to be left alone for a few hours and can travel well in the car. Finn adores his owners and is very loving and loyal towards them. Finn would like to be the only pet in the home, this way he can have 1-2-1 training and thrive at home. I am New owners will need to visit the centre several times to build a trusting relationship with him before he goes home. *PLEASENOT WE CANNOT CURRENTLY REHOME TO ANYINE OUTSIDE OF SCOTLAND DUE TO TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS*
